Question: Regarding the word count of the documents, are numbers and common words like "a" or "the" counted as well?
▪ Answer: Yes, the final word count is based on the electronic word count of the source text.
Question: What is your turnaround time?
▪ Answer: To ensure translation quality, please allow for research, editing, proofreading as well as for any queries that may arise during the translation process. Of course, the difficulty of working with hard-to-read files such as handwritten or scanned documents will also add to the total turnaround time. Please keep this in mind when ordering a translation.
